"obscure". trying the less is more approach. this was actually a prep shot with my 2 and half year old girl for a few more zombie pictures i was planning on doing. i am trying to get more mood with less detail. a hint of a face leaves it open for viewer interpretation as to if this shot is about blindness or zombies or whatever. and reaching hands add to the effect. i bounced a flash off the ceiling behind her from the floor. i have a cheap shop light hung over the shower curtain to give a little opacity to the clear curtain. my dailies contains another zombie pick using my son (easier to work with than my daughter!).

"last exit". did a hard push on the levels and reds. then jumped into photoshop, duped the layer and added noise. set the duped layer to "overlay", added a mask and deleted out some of the mask using texture to add a bit of grit.

"raggedy wrung". inspired by my friend Richard recommending me to be a bit more dark with a previous photo of a raggedy ann doll. i have to admit that i do like the darker approach to the shot. thanks for the suggestions on the rework, Rich!

"foot in the door... drawer". wife cleaned our room today and a pair of her hose almost made it into the drawer. i ask "why bother?". not a great shot but odd enough to grab my attention.
