"obscure". trying the less is more approach. this was actually a prep shot with my 2 and half year old girl for a few more zombie pictures i was planning on doing. i am trying to get more mood with less detail. a hint of a face leaves it open for viewer interpretation as to if this shot is about blindness or zombies or whatever. and reaching hands add to the effect. i bounced a flash off the ceiling behind her from the floor. i have a cheap shop light hung over the shower curtain to give a little opacity to the clear curtain. my dailies contains another zombie pick using my son (easier to work with than my daughter!).
