day 309: "gift anxiety". there comes that moment when i get a bit anxious that the wife or kids won't like the gifts they received. not that they would say anything. part of gift giving is picking up on hints and guessing. tomorrow my house celebrates the True Gift on Christmas. Reliant K said it best in their lyrics from the song "I celebrate the day". the chorus line is:

note on the prop. i was working on a house project this morning and saw a piece of scrap wood that had two holes in it that made it look like a robot face. so off to the garage i went. after some cutting, sanding and wood glue i had my "sad-bot" complete. it actually looks more sad if it doesn't have the arm.
